Do I need to possess any certifications or be a member of specific programs to register on the platform?

No, you don’t need to hold any specific certifications or memberships to be listed.

Do you verify the certifications or membership accreditations?

No, we are not a certification body and do not verify any documents. However, we encourage you to list all certifications and memberships your business holds, ensuring they are valid and properly documented. What if I am an apparel manufacturer cooperating with a sourcing agency?

During the second stage of registration (follow-up questions), we will request information about any collaborations with sourcing companies or agencies to avoid data duplication. Please be transparent in the information you provide, as inaccuracies may result in your profile being removed from our database. Don’t hesitate to share this information – many brands, retailers and importers prefer to work through sourcing agencies that offer comprehensive order management services.

The production facility is attached to the factory owner’s home. Will you disclose the full address on the platform?

If you are a small or medium-sized business working with premium brands and prefer not to disclose the full address, you can tick a special box during the follow-up questions stage. In this case, only the country and city will be visible on the platform. Interested partners can contact you directly and you can exchange full details privately. However, to complete registration, we still require your full address in our system.

If you are a vertically integrated business, please select both the MATERIAL PRODUCER and APPAREL MANUFACTURER categories during the initial registration process.

If your services cover both production and recycling, select three categories during registration: FIBER PRODUCER, MATERIAL PRODUCER and APPAREL MANUFACTURER. While you may select RECYCLING COMPANY, we will primarily categorize you as a FIBER PRODUCER, as our goal is to distinguish between recycling and downcycling facilities.
