Code of Conduct

At BEMINGLE, we believe that strong business relationships are built on integrity, transparency, mutual respect and a shared commitment to responsible business practices.

This Code of Conduct outlines the principles we encourage all Business Partners to follow. It reflects internationally recognised standards, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Core Conventions.


Employment Practices & Human Rights

Fair Employment

  • Employment must always be freely chosen.
  • Forced labour, slavery, human trafficking and any form of coercion are prohibited.
  • Employees should receive clear and transparent employment terms.

Wages & Benefits

  • Compensation should meet or exceed applicable legal requirements.
  • Wages should be paid regularly, transparently and without unlawful deductions.
  • Equal pay should be provided for equal work.

Child Labour & Young Workers

  • Child labour must not be used.
  • Young workers must not perform hazardous work or work that interferes with their health, safety or education.
  • All applicable laws regarding minimum working age must be respected.

Equality, Inclusion & Freedom of Association

  • Equal opportunity and non-discrimination should be promoted throughout employment.
  • Harassment, abuse, intimidation and violence should never be tolerated.
  • Employees should have the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining in accordance with applicable laws.


Health & Safety

Business Partners are expected to provide a safe, healthy and hygienic working environment by:

  • identifying and reducing workplace risks;
  • providing appropriate training and protective equipment;
  • maintaining emergency procedures and first-aid measures;
  • protecting the health and wellbeing of all employees, including young and pregnant workers.


Environmental Responsibility

We encourage Business Partners to continuously reduce their environmental impact by:

  • complying with applicable environmental laws and regulations;
  • reducing waste, pollution and resource consumption;
  • improving energy and water efficiency;
  • supporting recycling and circular economy initiatives;
  • monitoring and reducing greenhouse gas emissions whenever possible.


Business Integrity

Business Partners should conduct business ethically and responsibly by:

  • complying with applicable laws and regulations;
  • preventing bribery, corruption, fraud and conflicts of interest;
  • respecting confidential information and intellectual property;
  • maintaining accurate business records and transparent communication.


Continuous Improvement

We believe responsible business is a continuous journey, so we encourage our Business Partners to continuously improve their environmental, social and governance practices, share relevant information transparently and promote these principles throughout their supply chains.

BEMINGLE may request supporting information, certifications or publicly available documentation to help maintain accurate supplier profiles. However, compliance with this Code does not constitute certification, verification or an audit by BEMINGLE.
