1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

BEMINGLE¨ provides an online platform designed to facilitate collaboration within the fashion & textile industry by connecting business entities, including:

• Producers, Manufacturers, Suppliers and Solution & Technology Providers: These users can register their company by providing business details. Upon approval, their company profile will be displayed in the FIND YOUR PARTNER section.
• Brands, Retailers and Distributors: These users can submit for notifications. They will be contacted when the advanced version of the platform is developed, providing them with further participation opportunities.

The FIND YOUR PARTNER section displays basic business profiles for free. Advanced features, including a matchmaking system, will be available through a membership plan.

2. BUSINESS REGISTRATION & TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENTS

ACCURATE INFORMATION

To be featured in the FIND YOUR PARTNER section and access certain Services, businesses must complete a registration process.

As part of this process, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete business details.

REQUIRED BUSINESS INFORMATION

At the time of registration, the following information must be provided:

• Individuals: Full Name, Business Email Address.
• Businesses: Company Name, Website (Optional), Address (Country, City) and Business Type.

VERIFICATION

We may request additional verification to confirm the legitimacy of a business before listing it on the platform. Submissions that contain false, misleading or incomplete information may be rejected, suspended or permanently removed from the system.

PROFILE VISIBILITY

Business-related information (such as company name, website, email, business type and specialization) is publicly displayed in the FIND YOUR PARTNER section unless removal is requested.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Not engage in unlawful activity, including fraud, spamming or harassment.
• Respect the rights of other users and refrain from interfering with the Services.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for any information you upload or share. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & MODIFICATIONS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEMINGLE¨ and its affiliates are not liable for:

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in Poland.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Poland.
